Each member of the Berico team goes through extensive compliance and ethics training.  Integrity is critical to fulfilling our mission and leading our industry.  Integrity compels us to deliver quality solutions to our partners and protecting the trust-based relationships of the people we serve.

This Code of Business Conduct is supplemented by the Berico Technologies Standards of Business Conduct When Dealing with the United States Federal Government, with which our employees are expected to be familiar. All Berico team members are trained to report any suspected ethical misconduct to or to seek ethical guidance from their supervisor, Berico’s corporate compliance officer, or to our “Hotline”. There is no retaliation or consequence for such reporting or inquiries. The company follows up and responds to all reports.
